I dreamed of having a Class B van for many years – something that a 72-year-old lady would be comfortable driving.  My husband had always driven our RVs over the past 30+ years and we had big motorhomes and big fifth wheels, but when heart issues and neuropathy in his feet got so bad that he had to stop driving, I knew I needed something smaller that I could handle and be comfortable driving.

So, we bought a 28-foot class C, but it wasn’t quite what we wanted, so we traded it for a 28-foot Class A.  It was nice, but I never felt completely comfortable driving it. Plus, it was too big to park in our driveway and the neighbors complained…. Alas, we finally traded it for this wonderful Coachmen CrossFit.  It had about 18K miles on it when we bought it in 2019 and I have thoroughly enjoyed driving it since then.  It now has just shy of 54,000 miles.  I had planned to keep it for many more years, but sometimes plans change whether we want them to or not. Now my husband isn’t well enough to travel at all, so it is time for a new family to enjoy it much as we did.

The JD Power average price today for this beautiful Class B van is $99,000.  We paid $119,999 for it in 2019 and we just need to pay off our loan, so we are offering it at a much lower price than most of the other 2019 Coachmen CrossFit vans for sale at only $82,900

We used it the past 4 years for traveling between Oregon and Washington to see doctors and visit friends. It was perfect for being away a few nights at a time and we so enjoyed the state parks where we stayed on our travels. We have driven it only about 3000 miles since May of 2021.

Here’s a little information about this RV:

It’s built on a Ford Transit 350 HD chassis with dual rear wheels. It has the 3.5L  V6 Eco Boost Engine,  a 5-Speed Automatic transmission, and it is fuel efficient – about 15-17 mpg, It has Sumo Spring Front and Rear Suspension, a  25 Gal Fuel Tank ,  148” Wheelbase,  4.10 Rear Axle,  195/75R 16 All Season Tires,  Power 4 Wheel Disc brakes w/ ABS, a HEAVY DUTY 250 AMP Alternator  and Dual 105 Amp Hour Batteries.

It is only 22’ long and 10’3” high.  The 2.8KW gas generator is perfect with only 27 hours of use.  It has new tires and brakes that were installed in May of 2021 and have only about 3000 miles on them. Includes Weather Tec floor mats.

The 100W solar panel was always adequate to run the NOVA Cool refrigerator/freezer.  It works on 12v or 110 power. Another 100W solar panel could be installed for additional off-grid power.

The Multiplex system features a panel located just as you enter/exit to control all of the lighting, and there is a second one at the TV/Bed for easy access while sleeping.

The Truma Combi Eco Plus furnace/water heating system is such a great feature.  We slept in our van when the temps were below freezing, and we were always nice and warm.  With all of the water lines inside, we never had to worry about anything freezing.  We always kept a radiator type heater inside the van when it was parked and not being used. Except for one night when I forgot to turn it on and ended up replacing the water pump – so it’s practically new!

You will love the convenience of the wet bath that has a 43” w x 24” D one piece fiberglass shower, a fiberglass sink with pullout faucet for the shower and sink and a lotion/shampoo dispenser mounted on the wall.

The galley kitchen includes a dual burner LP stove (new when we purchased the RV), a great little kitchen sink and generous sized cabinets with plenty of storage room.  I especially love the PVC marine grade vinyl walls that are so easy to keep clean.

The rear power sofa includes seat belts and when in the down position, it makes a comfortable (especially with a topper) queen sleeping space for two (68” x 76”).  When in the seating position, you also have two more jump seats available.  The rear doors have a pull-down screen that keeps bugs out and lets the breeze in.  The sliding door has an additional full width screen.  If you need more cooling, the Fantastic fan and 13.500 BTU air conditioner offer more cooling when you need it.  We added a roof cover for the Fantastic fan even though it has a rain sensor to be able to have it open when it rains.

Also in the seating/bed area is a 19” LED TV and there is a DVD player located in the cabinet above.  The Winegard Omni-directional TV antenna mounted on the roof brings in local stations.

Outside, you will find a 13’ Carefree armless awning with wind sending motion sensor to retract automatically with high winds and LED lighting. (We just replaced the awning arm motor, and it works perfectly.)

There is an outside shower and an external power receptable that we used for an electric grill.

Also included for your convenience is a hitch cargo carrier and bag for those essentials that you can’t fit inside the RV.
