We are pleased to be able to offer FREE Shipping for all items on our website. Small items will ship either UPS Ground or USPS. We try to ship mug orders within one or two days of receiving your order - sometimes items are out of stock and these will normally take 5-7 days if we need to order your item. Lamps and shades are normally shipped within 3-4 weeks and Outdoor furniture ships in 2-4 weeks depending upon the manufacturer.
Outdoor furniture ships directly to you from the manufacturer - Breezesta, Casual Comfort, Polywood or LuxCraft.
Larger outdoor furniture items ship via Freight - and there are a few things you should know when purchasing these items.
If you need to request a delay in shipping to arrive at a specific date (or approximate date) please let us know when you place your order. Ship dates cannot be changed after the order has been placed and an acknowledgement has been received from the manufacturer.
Freight Shipping is used if your order includes large, bulky or heavy products such as outdoor furniture. These items are transported via third party common freight carriers as a "curbside delivery". Please be aware that curbside delivery is NOT an in home delivery. Once shipped, the freight company will contact you directly to arrange final delivery to your home. Upon delivery, the freight company simply unloads your products in front of your home. They are not obligated to bring any items inside or remove empty boxes and packing material.
You are solely responsible for arranging the delivery time with the carrier. We have no control over delivery once it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse and is picked up by the freight carrier. This includes being able to receive delivery by a large truck/semi in some cases. Please be sure before ordering that your location is accessible by a freight carrier for delivery.
When receiving freight deliveries it is important to inspect your boxes and furniture for damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you find any items to be damaged beyond repair, refuse the damaged piece (not the entire order), make note of it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us. For minor problems, tears in the box, etc, please DO NOT refuse the shipment - just let us know. This will allow us to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent right away. If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt, it becomes the customer's responsibility to pay for replacement goods and freight until the damaged piece has been returned to the manufacturer.
